Monologue

What are you worrying about when they are not worried about themselves?

No, but they're still the same, still wasting their time, still living a life without direction.

Ain't you the same?

Yea... But I paid my dues. I tried hard when given the chance.

How hard? You mean fooling around during the tests?

No, that's not what I mean. I mean, I didn't do drugs, I didn't gamble, I didn't flirt, I stayed on the coarse, I tried to be what they told me to be.

And then, what are you now?

A university graduate!

What's the difference between you and them?

I got a chance to further my studies, have higher chance to get a good job when I grade.

What makes you think they couldn't?

See? They're just wasting their time there, with all those stupid things.

Come on, that doesn't make you any brighter. You and they, all are having the same occupation: Student. Point is, you ain't making money now, and most probably any of their parents or friends are richer than you, and so why are they worried about their future. Now question is, you do not have a good financial support. You gotta do things on your own. Savvy?

Savvy? I ain't no different with them. When loser sees suckers, they're all bunch of idiots.

He who was there but could not be there

Have you ever got a ticket,
offering you to sit on a train travelling to a place where you weren't told, and then
what you did when you received the ticket was smiling at the person who gave it to you, and that
the person was going to board the same train with you, and you
did not accept the offer nor reject it, you were suspending the reply, and he/she
waited for a while, and then boarded the train first, and you
were still staring over the tracks, narrowing into the horizon, and you
kept wondering where the trail will take you to, you wished so much to know, yet you
stood there, not wanting to show any commitment to the journey, and then
the train honked its bell, signalling for take off, and you
still there hoping that you were at the end of the trail, so that you can decide if you should have boarded it, but before
you realize, the train has moved, yet you
did not make any effort to stop it, you were strolling in the station, and until
the next train came, you jumped into it happily, alone and still not knowing where the next train goes, but then
you thought that it's time to go, you don't want to be the last, and along
the journey you meet more and more passengers, each stranger crossed paths in your life, and you
thought that life is such a mystery, but when
you saw the picture of the person who gave you the first ticket reaching a place where you had always wanted to go, and you
still sitting on the train travelling to somewhere you are not sure of, will you
begin to feel anxious, feel regret, and feel helpless?

I missed the ticket to the first train, sat on a random train bringing me here, and going to somewhere I don't know.

"Life's a mystery. It unfolds to any color, but does it paint the picture in your heart?"
